something I wrote

Bring the magic forward
let it consume my soul
bring the magic forward
let it swallow me whole

Song I'm working on

She sits at the table all alone
And all that she's thinking
is I need a gun
to blow him away
so he can't cause more pain

He keeps promising
that it would be the last time
but his time is up
she doesn't need his kind
she just wants it to end
she's done all she can

All she wants to do is be free
she knows death is the only key
but is it him or me
oh why can't she see

So she buys a gun
and blows him away
the cops say
that she'll live another day
they understand
they've seen it time and again

She lies in the hospital wondering
what did she do to deserve the pain
but its all over now
he's down in hell

She sits at the table all alone
and all she's thinking is I need a gun...

tell me what you think

Flander's Fields

In Flanders Fields

In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved, and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders Fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders Fields.

Lest We Forget

Pain

The pain I feel has a name
its name is life
the very thing that bleeds you
of every good thought you have
of every love you have ever known
of the desire to live
it sucks you dry and spits you out
it makes you wish to die
christians believe in a heaven and hell
me I believe this is my hell
life is hell
hell is right here on earth
but you know what I say to pain right now
to the hell I've been living?
Fuck You
I will live my life the way I want to
so take your hell and shove it up your ass

I'm nobody! Who are you? by Emily Dickinson

I ’M nobody! Who are you?
Are you nobody, too?
Then there ’s a pair of us—don’t tell!
They ’d banish us, you know.
How dreary to be somebody! 5
How public, like a frog
To tell your name the livelong day
To an admiring bog!
